This kit contains:
1 pack of DWW chicken breading
1 sachet of Sticky Korean sauce
To prepare your chicken wings, you’ll need:
14-16 standard (mid-joint) chicken wings. Alternatively, use chicken breast strips or strips of fresh veggies
- Cooking Oil
- One pack of DWW Chicken Breading
- One sachet of Sticky Korean sauce
Step 1: Get ‘em Crisp
Pour all the DWW breading into a wide dish. Coat your uncooked chicken wings one-by-one in the breading, until they are mostly covered. Leave the coated chicken wings in a separate dish.
Next, deep-fry, air-fry or oven bake chicken wings until they’re golden on the outside and no longer pink on the bone. Drain the fried chicken wings on paper towels, in a separate dish. For a healthier alternative, try pan-frying your wings or cooking them on a medium heat in the oven.
Step 2: Get ‘em Dirty
Mix the fried chicken wings with your chosen sauce, in a bowl. Keep mixing until they’re completely covered (it’ll be easier to use your hands!).
Dirty Secret: A garnish of toasted sesame seeds will lift those Asian flavours, and make your wings look the part.
